Bill did an amazing job helping us!! Not only did he sell our house before we even had a chance to place it on the market but was able to get us an accepted offer on the first house we put an offer on. Not to mention he got us over asking price on our house that we sold and also was able to get us into a home by Purchasing it under asking price which is crazy in today's market.
